The residence was bought by the owner’s family in the 80’s and underwent a first renewal in the 90’s. Once Luisa came back to Italy she took the residence under her screening and fixed the garden as well as a renewal to the inside and outside of the house.
She decorated and painted herself, put antique furniture and pieces of art and personalized it.
The down floor contains the dining room and the kitchen.
The upper floor has a double bedroom with a third single bed and an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, full mattress and a bathroom.
There is a large yard overlooking the inside of the courtyard and a large fruit garden on the external part. There is plenty of parking.
